Successful completion of this course enables the participant to be eligible for certification for the following courses: WISE #116 Outbound Phone Sales Professional Certification, and WISE #216 Outbound Phone Sales Management Certification. Successful completion of this course includes a passing grade of 75% or higher on the course test.
