Course Overview
New to many wineries, from virtual tastings to virtual wine club member engagement to virtual corporate programming, the Virtual DTC Experience channel is here to stay. This 6-hour course (presented in two 3-hour sessions) focuses on the planning, messaging, tailored sales techniques and best practices in tactical delivery to various types of virtual tastings:
- Delivering to one screen (1:1 tastings)
- Delivering to many screens (for known or unknown groups)
- From presentation to interactive experiences for large groups
- Leveraging corporate opportunities
