This 9-hour course (presented in three 3-hour sessions) focuses on the planning, messaging, tailored sales techniques and best practices in tactical delivery to various types of virtual tastings:

The course will give participants the tools needed to gain a better understanding of how to set up and execute successful virtual experiences. This course is also appropriate for those with no industry experience who want to work in wine related fields utilizing virtual experiences.
