Emphasis on the tasting room front-line staff, this full day training focuses on increasing sales skills and raising the bar with the WISE Triple Score – asking for the order, effectively presenting and selling the wine club, as well as collecting contact data – all in a brand-appropriate way. Using tasting room and standards, attendees will learn how to use great hospitality as an extension of sales through rapport building, leveraging the winery’s brand, and sales skills that will build confidence.
